Summary

This is a high-impact Individual Contributor (IC) role for a seasoned product marketer who thrives in high-velocity, "builder" environments. The ideal candidate is a hybrid strategist and technologist who can translate complex AI capabilities into simple, compelling narratives. You should have deep experience in B2B SaaS and a background in fast-growing startups where you’ve owned major launches and pricing shifts from end to end. The compensation is highly competitive, ranging from $200,000 to $240,000 plus RSUs and bonuses. While the role is hybrid (3 days a week in San Francisco), it offers the chance to define the marketing strategy for "Fin," one of the most advanced AI agents on the market. This isn’t a "lane job"—you’ll have direct access to executive leadership and significant influence over the product roadmap. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Deeply understand AI/LLM technology and enjoy getting hands-on with the product. * Have a "first principles" mindset and hate cookie-cutter marketing playbooks. * Are an exceptional writer who can create everything from vision memos to sales pitch decks. * Favor momentum and "shipping speed" over perfect consensus and long planning cycles.
