You should have at least 8 years of experience leading global initiatives, with a specific focus on creating the "enablement" systems—training, frameworks, and process standards—that allow HR teams to scale effectively.
**Key highlights**
This is a fully remote position for residents of Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta. The role offers a competitive salary range starting at $132,640 CAD, complemented by a substantial 17.5% target bonus. As a "Principal" level hire, you will act as a high-level architect rather than just a project coordinator, influencing multi-year roadmaps and advising executive leadership.
