You are likely an individual contributor who excels at "force multiplying"—taking high-level Go-To-Market strategies and turning them into practical playbooks, tools, and training programs that help a sales team close more deals. You should have a deep background in mortgage or complex sales environments and a talent for influencing senior leaders without having direct authority over them.
The compensation is highly competitive, reaching up to $210,300, and includes equity awards, making it a lucrative "Principal" level individual contributor path. The role offers full remote flexibility across the USA, allowing you to drive high-impact changes for a major national real estate platform from anywhere. You will have significant ownership over the end-to-end enablement lifecycle, from identifying performance gaps to measuring ultimate ROI.
