To be successful, you need over a decade of professional software development experience, with a deep mastery of JavaScript, React or Vue, and modern CSS abstractions. Beyond hands-on coding, this is a leadership position for someone who enjoys defining technical roadmaps, building internal component libraries, and mentoring junior engineers. The compensation is highly competitive, offering a base salary up to $300,000 plus potential stock and bonuses.
