Summary

This role is designed for a heavyweight security veteran with over 10 years of experience who can bridge the gap between high-level architectural strategy and hands-on coding. The ideal candidate has a deep background in identity infrastructure, cloud-native security, and applied cryptography. You should be comfortable acting as a "player-coach," providing technical leadership across an organization while tackling complex challenges like Zero Trust implementation and securing AI/ML workflows. The compensation is the immediate standout, with a total cash range reaching up to **$502,080**, plus RSU eligibility. It is a **fully remote** position (USA), offering significant flexibility, though it maintains a culture of connection through occasional in-person summits and onboarding. This is a high-impact "Principal" level seat where you aren't just following a roadmap—you are defining the security posture for a platform used by millions. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have a decade of experience in software development with a mastery of Identity and Access Management (IAM). * Are an expert in AWS/Azure security and understand how to migrate legacy systems to Zero Trust architectures. * Are proactive about "Securing AI" and want to build guardrails for LLMs and generative tools. * Hold a top-tier certification (like CISSP) and enjoy mentoring senior engineers.
