This role is for a high-level frontend specialist who thrives at the intersection of hands-on coding and architectural leadership. You are likely an expert-level engineer with a history of building high-traffic, low-latency web applications using modern frameworks. Because this position focuses on the "Service Hub," you should have a strong background in building complex, real-time tools (like helpdesks or omnichannel platforms) and a genuine interest in integrating AI to enhance customer support workflows. The compensation package is exceptionally high, ranging from **$313k to over $500k USD**, plus equity. It is a fully remote position within the USA, though it emphasizes deep connection; you'll attend in-person engineering onboarding and periodic team summits. This is a rare "hands-on" principal role—you won’t just be drawing diagrams; you’ll be shipping production code and mentoring senior staff to raise the bar for the entire frontend organization. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Prefer building working prototypes over writing long design documents. * Have deep expertise in frontend architecture and "Frontend as a Service" (FaaS) models. * Are obsessed with performance metrics, monitoring, and building "delightful" user experiences. * Want to lead the technical strategy for AI-powered customer service tools.
