This role is designed for a heavyweight data expert with over 10 years of experience, specifically someone who has spent the last 4+ years mastering real-time, streaming data systems. It is a "player-coach" position for a hands-on leader who can architect complex event-driven systems while mentoring a dedicated Scrum team. The position offers a competitive salary range of CAD 156k–174k and provides the flexibility of a fully remote setup (with occasional travel to the Mississauga or Salt Lake City offices).
