Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead pivotal technical initiatives driving end-to-end execution within the Growth Experience Technology (GET) Organization, with a strong focus on enabling and scaling Go-To-Market (GTM) capabilities. 

This role requires a strategic operator with deep program management expertise and a proven track record delivering GTM-driven initiatives—including product launches, growth programs, customer acquisition, monetization, and lifecycle engagement. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, Analytics, Design, and GTM stakeholders to drive seamless execution from concept to market impact. 

You will be accountable for delivering complex technical programs end-to-end—owning planning, execution, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder alignment—ensuring outcomes directly support business growth, customer experience, and revenue objectives. Success in this role requires strong technical depth, business acumen, and the ability to influence and align teams across both GTM and technology organizations.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $124,000 and $222,640. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
