You’ll need a strong background in media sales (10+ years) and a proven track record of managing teams (5+ years) within high-growth tech environments. The ideal candidate understands the technical nuances of Dynamic Product Ads and can translate complex product roadmaps into revenue-driving strategies. The compensation package is highly competitive, offering a base salary up to $254,800 plus equity and commissions. While the role is fully remote within the U.S., there is a preference for NYC-based candidates. This is a high-impact leadership position where you will directly influence how one of the world’s largest social platforms monetizes its ecosystem through shopping solutions. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have extensive experience pitching and scaling Dynamic Product Ads or similar E-commerce ad tech. * Excel at navigating cross-functional relationships between Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. * Enjoy coaching a team of strategists to hit aggressive adoption and revenue targets. * Are comfortable presenting to C-level executives and agency partners.

We are looking for talented leaders to build out our Product Adoption teams in the United States. The Reddit Product Adoption team accelerates and scales the adoption of priority products and features, in close partnership with our sales teams, to drive advertiser success and revenue growth. You’ll build, coach, and lead a team of Product Adoption Strategists who drive Shopping product acquisition, retention, and upsell efforts for Reddit. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team dedicated to one of our major sales segments that works cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, Strategy, and more.
Your team will be responsible for scaling Shopping products adoption across Large Customer Sales and Mid-Market advertisers in the United States. Each strategist partners with Sales to pitch, onboard, activate, and grow advertisers on our Dynamic Product Ad solutions. Your team’s close partners include Product, PMM, Strategy & Ops, Enablement, Marketing Science, and more.
We’re looking for a manager who can inspire a team of problem solvers, storytellers, and strategists. You’re a nimble self-starter who can motivate others to be agile and adaptive to an ever-changing and expanding ads business environment. You demonstrate executive presence and an ability to command a room/’Zoom’ at the C-level.
