This role is designed for a seasoned attorney with at least 7 years of experience who sits at the intersection of employment law and product development. The ideal candidate has a deep background in litigation and in-house counseling, specifically within the tech sector. While PEO (Professional Employer Organization) and co-employment expertise is highly preferred, the team is open to high-caliber legal professionals who can master complex new regulatory domains quickly. The position offers a strong compensation package ranging from **$177,000 to $245,000** (depending on location), supplemented by equity and performance bonuses. You’ll be a foundational member of a strategic new business line, providing high-visibility counsel on product design and go-to-market readiness.
