This role is designed for a seasoned design leader with at least 5 years of experience in the SaaS space. You should be a "problem solver" who can balance high-level product strategy with a deep obsession for user experience. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of responsive web apps and design systems, plus a background in managing or coaching other designers.
