This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level Product Designer with at least 5 years of experience who thrives at the intersection of marketing and product. You should have a proven track record of designing high-conversion user journeys, onboarding flows, or growth-oriented dashboards within a fast-paced, product-driven tech environment.
You will join the Growth team to bridge the gap between initial interest and product activation. A significant part of this role involves reimagining how pricing and product packages are presented to users, requiring a mix of aesthetic excellence and data-driven decision-making. Since this is an on-site role in the UK or US, you’ll benefit from high-bandwidth collaboration with cross-functional partners in engineering, data science, and marketing.

* Have specific experience designing onboarding journeys or product demos that simplify complex technical concepts.
* Are comfortable using A/B testing and analytical data to iterate on your designs.
* Excel at stakeholder management and can clearly articulate design decisions to non-designers.
