Product Manager, AI at Upwork

This role is designed for a growth-oriented Product Manager with a strong analytical background and a practical understanding of AI technologies. You are an ideal candidate if you enjoy the fast-paced, experimental nature of a "startup within a company" and have experience shipping features in a SaaS or marketplace environment. You should be comfortable using data to drive decisions and have a working knowledge of LLMs and AI workflows to help scale Upwork's AI talent categories. While the role begins via a third-party hiring partner, it is a foundational hire for a new operational hub in Toronto.
