Work type: hybrid
Location: San Francisco Office
Salary: $100,000/yr
Type: Full-time
This role is designed for an entrepreneurial Product Manager with 4–8 years of experience who excels in "zero-to-one" product development. You should be comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a fast-growing startup and possess the technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on AI-driven solutions. While a healthcare background isn't strictly required, it is highly preferred, as you will be designing AI agents that facilitate complex communications between providers, patients, and insurers. The position offers a high-impact opportunity to shape the product roadmap at a well-funded, mission-driven company (backed by GV and Andreessen Horowitz). While the role is listed as fully remote, there is a strong preference for candidates near San Francisco to participate in the hybrid office culture (Mon/Tue/Thu) and enjoy catered lunches. The package includes competitive salary, equity, and a wellness stipend. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have successfully launched a new product from initial concept to market-fit. * Are obsessed with customer empathy and enjoy conducting deep-dive user interviews. * Can translate complex AI capabilities into clear value propositions for non-technical stakeholders. * Are proficient in data analysis and comfortable using tools like Figma and JIRA.
