Summary

This role is designed for an analytically-minded professional with at least 2 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, BizOps, or Management Consulting. It is a unique "bridge" position for someone who wants to transition from high-level analysis into true systems ownership and product management, specifically using Salesforce as the engine to drive operational efficiency. The position offers a strong compensation package, with a base salary up to $175k plus a performance bonus, bringing the total cash target toward $192.5k. Based in New York City, you will work in an impactful hybrid environment (4 days in-office) near Union Square. This is a high-visibility opportunity to architect the core systems and workflows of a rapidly scaling behavioral health organization. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have strong SQL and modeling skills and enjoy translating complex business workflows into technical system logic. * Are looking for a path into Product Management from a RevOps or Consulting background. * Prefer a "builder" environment where you own the architecture, governance, and outcomes of a CRM-based system. * Are comfortable working in-person in Manhattan for the majority of the work week.

About the Role

Charlie Health is seeking a Manager, Business Systems to own and evolve the core operating systems that power our admissions, scheduling, clinical access, and revenue workflows. You will be responsible for architecting, governing, and continuously improving the logic that defines how our business actually runs, using Salesforce as the backbone of our operational nervous system.

You will partner closely with Operations, Clinical, Revenue Cycle, Data, and Engineering leaders to design deterministic, scalable systems that improve access to care, increase throughput, and protect revenue and compliance at scale.

This role will report through Charlie Health’s Product Management team and is ideal for someone from a Strategy & Operations, BizOps, RevOps, or consulting background who wants to move from analysis and recommendations into true systems ownership, with a path towards Product Management.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $125,000 and $175,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role also offers a performance bonus. The expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $137,500 and $192,500 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-HYBRID
