## Job Description
<p>We are looking for a Product Manager to help expand our Global Analytics product portfolio. You will play a critical part in ensuring scalable, efficient model development and platform capabilities across main projects such as Trusso and Feature Builder. You will work with cross-functional teams across the globe to create impactful solutions that support data science workflows and enterprise-wide innovation.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Help deliver Trusso, Synthetic Data initiative and Feature Builder by managing product backlogs, defining requirements, and ensuring agreement on business goals.</li><li>Collaborate with global technology and regional product teams to build and launch Analytics capabilities.</li><li>Share and align product roadmaps.</li><li>Align and track product launches against product roadmaps, applying our existing PI Planning process.</li><li>Participate in all Agile ceremonies and contribute to the success of PI Planning</li><li>Translate User Needs into Product Requirements: Gather input from internal stakeholders and end-users to define clear product requirements</li><li>Guide communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring transparency, understanding, and updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.</li><li>Establish KPIs to measure product success</li><li>Refine product processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-market.</li><li>Help improve product development processes, documentation standards, and team collaboration.</li></ul>
## Qualifications
<p><strong>What you'll bring:</strong></p><ul><li>3–5 years of experience in product management in data, analytics, or platform-focused environments (preferably)</li><li>University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field</li><li>Knowledge of model development workflows and data science tools.</li><li>Work with globally distributed teams and managing cross-timezone collaboration.</li><li>Stakeholder management and problem-solving skills</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development best practices</li></ul>
