The ideal candidate has a technical backbone and a "systems thinking" mindset—someone who can transition from manual experiments to building automated, scalable infrastructure that reaches millions of users. The position offers a competitive salary of $144,500 – $170,000 plus equity and bonuses in a fully remote (USA) environment. You will own the "notification engine" for a global fintech leader, leveraging machine learning to deliver real-time market signals. While remote, you’ll join a high-intensity culture that prioritizes rapid execution and frequent in-person offsites for team alignment. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have direct experience building notification platforms, lifecycle marketing tools, or ML-driven personalization engines. * Thrive in high-pressure environments where "speed to market" is a critical metric. * Can partner deeply with Data Science to build A/B testing frameworks from scratch. * Are an "0-to-1" builder who isn't afraid to run manual programs before automating them.

Your mission is to build the notification engine for all of Coinbase. You will own the core notification platform (responsible for delivering billions of notifications) and the overall notification experience(optimizing inventory & in-app experience). We have three key objectives:
