If you have a background in driving adoption for mobile-first financial tools (like banking or savings apps) and understand the nuances of the "Member" or employee-side experience, you will thrive here. The position offers a strong compensation package, with the New York salary range notably higher than the Denver baseline ($153k - $199k). You’ll be joining a high-growth environment focused on "0 to 1" product launches, providing significant influence over the roadmap of financial products used by over 2 million people.
