This role is ideal for a senior-level operations professional with at least 4 years of experience sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Go-to
Work type: onsite
Location: San Francisco, California | New York, New York
Salary: $140,000 – $190,000/yr
Type: Full-time
This role is ideal for a senior-level operations professional with at least 4 years of experience sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams. While it’s an operations role, there is a distinct technical lean; the team values candidates who can "slice and dice" data and possess a "builder" mindset. If you have a background in Technical Program Management or Product Management and enjoy creating order out of complex launch cycles, you will thrive here. The position offers a highly competitive salary range ($140k - $190k) and specifies a **hybrid work model** in San Francisco or New York, requiring office attendance three days a week (Mon/Tue/Thu). You’ll be joining a high-growth environment where you are expected to influence the product roadmap using customer insights and rigor in data reporting. Notably, they encourage candidates with technical "nice-to-haves" like Python or SQL to apply, signaling a preference for data-literate operators. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have led end-to-end product launches and managed "Early Access" or beta programs. * Can translate complex technical bugs into prioritized feature requests for engineering. * Are comfortable making high-stakes decisions with limited data. * Want to work in a high-craft environment that prioritizes in-person collaboration.
