This role is for a technically-minded support professional based in Australia who wants to be the "tip of the spear" for a high-growth product company. Since you will be the first Customer Experience hire in the APAC region, they are looking for a self-starter who can handle everything from debugging API integrations to managing community sentiment on social media. While not an engineering role, you should be comfortable reproducing bugs and "speaking developer."
