This role is designed for a seasoned project leader with deep roots in the Contact Center (CCaaS) space. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience managing complex software implementations and feels comfortable navigating technical discussions involving AI, VoIP, and CRM integrations (like Salesforce or Zendesk). You should be a "multiplier" who can handle high-volume project loads for different clients simultaneously without needing hand-holding.
The compensation range is exceptionally wide, reaching up to $196k, and includes high-value perks like 100% employer-paid healthcare premiums and a generous stock purchase plan. While technically "remote," there is a clear location caveat: if you live within 50 miles of San Ramon, CA, you'll be expected in the office three days a week. It offers a 10% travel component, providing a balance of home-based work and face-to-face client strategy.
