This role is ideal for a senior project leader with at least 5 years of experience in the Contact Center (CCaaS) space. You should have a strong technical foundation in VoIP and SaaS, coupled with recent exposure to AI implementations (Voice/Digital). Because this involves managing high-stakes deployments for multiple enterprise clients simultaneously, it requires someone who can lead without hand-holding.
The position offers a fully remote environment in Canada with a competitive salary range of $81,200 – $150,800 CAD and a comprehensive benefits package from day one.
