Job Description

Saalex Corporation is seeking multiple Program Management Analyst III in Tidewater, VA and San Diego, CA. Saalex Corp., is an Engineering and Information Technology Services company with a focus on Test Range Operations and Management, Engineering and Logistics Services, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Services and Information Technology Services. Salary: $85k-$145k (depending on experience)

The Program Management Analyst III supports the Navy by providing advanced program analysis, reporting, and coordination across IT, cybersecurity, and engineering task areas. This role focuses on performance tracking, cost/schedule analysis, and supporting program execution to ensure alignment with contractual requirements and mission objectives. 

Essential Functions:

• Analyze program performance across cost, schedule, and technical metrics to support program execution and decision-making. 
• Develop and maintain program reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership and Government stakeholders. 
• Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs), status reporting, and contract deliverables. 
• Track program risks, issues, and mitigation strategies in coordination with program leadership. 
• Support planning and coordination of program activities across multiple task areas. 
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, program processes, and reporting standards. 
• Assist with resource planning, staffing coordination, and workload tracking. 
• Coordinate with technical teams (IT, network, cybersecurity, engineering) to gather and validate program data. 
• Support audits, inspections, and program reviews by maintaining accurate documentation and records. 
• Other duties as assigned or required. 

Required:

• 5–7 years of experience in program management, project control, or related field. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
• Experience supporting program execution, reporting, and performance tracking. 
• Knowledge of project management principles, cost/schedule tracking, and risk management. 
• Experience with program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Power BI, or similar). 

Desired:

• Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs and contract environments. 
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar performance management frameworks. 
• Experience supporting PMRs, CDRLs, and contract reporting requirements. 
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or DAWIA Program Management). 

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support complex program environments. 
• Effective communication skills for interaction with leadership and stakeholders.

Security Clearance:

• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
