Our goal is to make Linear inevitable. For product managers, engineers, startups, and enterprises, we want to create momentum around the brand and the product so that Linear feels like the only choice for building great software. This role will help cultivate that momentum.

We're looking for a growth marketer who knows how to move numbers. That means owning paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and the full self-serve funnel, and doing it with the kind of rigor and systems thinking that compounds over time. You'll work closely with RevOps and sales on targeted account-based marketing plays, and take ownership of our growth programs (startup, creator, affiliate), but the centre of gravity here is performance and distribution.

We’re not interested in growth hacking. We think in sustainable programs, not quick wins, and brand always comes first.

The marketing team is small but has an outsized impact, and we intend to keep it that way. You’ll have real influence on how Linear grows, and you’ll be encouraged to take ownership and deploy tooling and practices that help you be more effective.

Location & work mode

Linear is a remote-first company. This role is open to candidates based in the US and Europe. You can work from anywhere within those regions.
