The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator who will support the Social team by ensuring smooth execution of projects, optimizing workflows, and maintaining clear communication across teams. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this role is key in keeping projects on track, ensuring resources are allocated effectively, and maintaining project organization.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in supporting social or creative production teams who deeply understands the social landscape. The ideal candidate is both highly organized and creatively minded—someone who can manage project details while advocating for creative excellence.

This position is a hybrid role with 3 days per week onsite in Los Angeles, CA.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Track project progress, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Create and manage timelines, tracking deliverables from conception through execution.
• Schedule and facilitate key meetings, ensuring alignment between Social, Editorial, Creative, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage project documentation, including timelines and deliverables, as directed by the Senior Project Manager.
• Support day-to-day project administration, including campaign coordination, resource planning, and general administrative tasks.
• Proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the creative workflow and work with project managers to implement solutions.
• Maintain and optimize project management tools and systems, ensuring clarity and efficiency for all stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between social operations and cross-functional teams, ensuring the balance between social-first vision and project execution.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Senior Project Manager.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of the creative process, production workflows, and the needs of a social/creative team.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to improving workflows.
• Adaptable, able to pivot frequently with ease.
• Experience with project management tools such as Airtable. Airtable Certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or social/creative operations, with a strong organizational and operational focus.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and structure-someone who can keep projects moving efficiently while supporting and elevating creative work.

This position offers an estimated base salary range of $60,000-$65,000.

Benefits include:

• Comprehensive Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
• Retirement Plan options (401k, IRA)
• Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
• Generous Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
• Family Leave for Maternity and Paternity needs
• Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage
