Job Description

Do you want to be the vital link that keeps our operations moving forward? At our facility in the Portsmouth, NH area, we need an experienced, high-impact Project Manager who can bridge the gap between the Phillips on-site maintenance team and various customer maintenance centers. You’ll master the flow of information, ensuring every service report and electronic file is captured perfectly while communicating across teams with total clarity. This is more than just managing a site; it is about owning the digital heartbeat of a massive operation where technical accuracy and perfection is the only standard.

In this role, you’ll be the ultimate orchestrator of personal management, machine uptime, contract maintenance and operational flow. You’ll lead the charge by syncing with outside experts and manufacturers to keep every piece of equipment running at peak performance daily. Your day is a high-speed mission of scheduling parts deliveries, managing maintenance windows, directing the onsite Phillips team and coordinating a wide array of specialized subcontractors. You’re both the director of operations as well as [TM2.1]the strategist who ensures that reactive service work never slows down the mission, turning complex logistics into a seamless victory.

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $110,000.00 and $160,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities. • 5 years or more of industrial project management, including personel management and supervision, along with P&L and budgeting experience.
• Knowledge of US government procurement operations, including contract types (FFP, IDIQ, Cost Plus, etc) and regulations (FAR, GSAR, etc).
• Industrial maintenance experience, including machine tool experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations. OSHA 10/30 is preferred, OSHA 500 trainer is a plus
