## Job Description
As a Provisioning Coordinator, you'll play a key role in setting new clients up for success by ensuring their systems, access, and data are configured accurately from day one.
In this entry‑level role, you'll serve as a contact for both our teams and clients during onboarding—helping create a efficient, and positive experience every step of the way. You will work remotely and report to the Director of Unemployment Enablement.
What You'll Do
- Manage tax and reporting structures for our UCM clients
- Manage client access and contact information, ensuring accuracy and security
- Be a primary coordination point between clients and our teams to support seamless onboarding
- Monitor requests, troubleshoot setup issues, and make sure tasks are completed correctly and on time
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate status updates to partners
## Qualifications
- Experience with contact and data management systems
- 1+ years of experience with state unemployment agencies
- Understanding of Power of Attorney documents
- Experience managing multiple tasks
- Customer Service experience with good written and verbal communication skills
