This role is designed for experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) who are passionate about virtual high-acuity care. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience, ideally within Intensive Outpatient (IOP) or Partial Hospitalization (PHP) settings, and is comfortable treating a wide demographic ranging from children to adults. You must hold an active PMHNP license and possess the clinical confidence to manage medication and diagnostic evaluations independently. The most standout feature is the emphasis on provider support and work-life balance. While listed as full-time, the description notes a specific 15-hour weekly schedule (12 clinical, 3 administrative) primarily during afternoons and evenings. Given the exceptional growth of its business, Charlie Health is adding Nurse Practitioners to the team. The Nurse Practitioners will partner with the Medical Directors, Chief Medical Officer, and the medical team to assure the highest quality of patient care, including comprehensive evaluations, patient consultations, and ensuring compliance with medical and clinical policies and procedures.
