The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience, ideally within Intensive Outpatient (IOP) or Partial Hospitalization (PHP) settings, and is comfortable treating a wide demographic ranging from children to adults. You must hold an active PMHNP license and possess the clinical confidence to manage medication and diagnostic evaluations independently. The most standout feature is the emphasis on provider support and work-life balance. While listed as full-time, the description notes a specific 15-hour weekly schedule (12 clinical, 3 administrative) primarily during afternoons and evenings.
