This role is designed for board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) with at least three years of experience, specifically those comfortable working with diverse age groups from children to adults. The ideal candidate has a background in Intensive Outpatient (IOP) or Partial Hospitalization (PHP) settings and is looking to leverage their clinical expertise in a high-growth, virtual environment. A major highlight of this position is the focus on clinical efficiency. You will have access to AI-powered documentation tools to reduce paperwork and a dedicated admissions team to handle logistics, allowing you to focus purely on patient care. The role offers extreme flexibility as a fully remote position, complemented by free CEUs and a collaborative environment featuring regular case discussions. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Are a PMHNP with a Master’s degree and a valid license in Pennsylvania. * Have 3+ years of experience in behavioral health, especially with high-acuity youth and young adults. * Prefer working afternoon and evening hours (the current schedule is 15 hours per week). * Are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating EHR systems and virtual care platforms.
