This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with at least 5 years of experience specifically within the Public Sector (SaaS preferred). The ideal candidate is an expert at navigating the unique hurdles of government procurement, possesses a track record of hitting high quotas, and is comfortable engaging with VP and C-level executives to drive six-figure deals.
**Key highlights**
The compensation is a major draw, with an OTE range between $223k and $335k based on a 50/50 base-to-commission split. While the role is fully remote for residents in WA, OR, CA, or ID, it offers the stability of a mature tech leader and the flexibility of a modern hybrid-remote culture. You’ll manage high-value renewals and new business while traveling as needed to interface with key stakeholders.
