This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in high-volume environments and has a background in scaling Operations teams (specifically CX, Trust & Safety, or Fraud). With at least two years of full-cycle experience, you should be a "sourcer at heart" who enjoys the challenge of managing 10–15+ open roles simultaneously within a fast-paced startup culture.
