This role is ideal for a mid-level recruiting professional with at least two years of full-cycle experience, specifically within high-volume environments. You should have a background in hiring for Operations, Customer Experience, or Trust & Safety teams, ideally within a fast-paced startup or tech marketplace. The team looks for "sourcers at heart" who enjoy the hunt for passive talent and take pride in managing a high volume of 10–15 open roles simultaneously.
The compensation is competitive ($105k–$140k) and comes with an extensive benefits package, including a 4% 401k match, childcare allowances, and "dogfooding" credits to use on the platform. While the role is officially "on-site" hub-based (NY, SF, LA, or Seattle), the company offers a hybrid-friendly approach with home office allowances and flexible time off, including seasonal spring and winter breaks.
