This role is designed for an experienced sales leader with a background in STEM or Business who is passionate about mentorship. You should be a high-achieving professional with a track record in outbound sales development and a desire to run an "SDR Academy" model. Because Canonical recruits globally and targets high-level enterprise tech, you need to be analytical, data-driven, and comfortable leading a distributed team of smart, ambitious graduates.
