This leadership role is designed for a seasoned sales executive with a deep understanding of the Nordics and Netherlands commercial markets. You should have a proven track record in high-growth SaaS environments, specifically leading regional teams through complex software sales cycles. A background in DevOps or Open Source technology is a significant advantage, as is experience managing distributed teams in a remote-first culture.
