This role is designed for a seasoned automotive professional who has "sat in the box." The ideal candidate transitioned from being a successful F&I Manager or Director at a dealership into a consultative leader. You must have a deep understanding of lender relationships, menu selling, and F&I compliance, combined with the ability to coach others to hit aggressive profitability targets. This is a senior-level hybrid position based in California with a competitive salary range of $120k–$174k. It offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to act as a strategic advisor to Dealer Principals and GMs. While it is classified as hybrid, expect frequent travel across the region to provide hands-on training and performance reviews at various dealership locations. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have direct, high-level experience as an F&I Manager or Director (this is a hard requirement). * Possess a valid driver’s license and are willing to travel consistently throughout California. * Enjoy "teaching how to fish"—using your sales expertise to develop training plans that increase product penetration. * Can analyze complex production reports to identify gaps in dealership profitability and compliance.
