This role is designed for a seasoned financial services sales professional with a deep understanding of the Middle East market and a passion for the evolving stablecoin landscape. You should have a strong background in institutional banking, payment service providers, or clearing networks. The ideal candidate is an autonomous "hunter" who can navigate complex deal cycles and build high-level relationships with regional financial institutions. Representing the first federally chartered crypto bank in the U.S., you will operate at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. This is a fully remote position based in Dubai, offering the opportunity to lead regional strategy for a Series D unicorn valued at $3B+. You’ll have the autonomy to drive the entire deal lifecycle—from origination to closure—while collaborating with global teams in Porto, Singapore, and the U.S. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have 8+ years of experience in B2B institutional sales or relationship management. * Possess a strong existing network of institutional financial clients in the Middle East. * Are fluent in English and regional languages (e.g., Arabic) with a high degree of "executive presence." * Understand the technical nuances of stablecoin issuance, treasury management, and cross-border settlement.

As a Regional Institutional ManagerandMember of Stablecoin Solutionsat Anchorage Digital, you are integral to driving forward the growth and future success of the company by originating and developing high value financial institution client relationships, and monetizing the company’s products and services. You are also responsible for generating new revenue opportunities, as well as driving organic revenue by growing and protecting wallet share.
