This role is designed for a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in technical software, specifically within the observability or cloud infrastructure space. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of direct sales experience and 3 years in leadership, with a proven ability to manage high-stakes, seven-figure deals. Since this is a "Majors Growth" role, you should be comfortable navigating complex 2–6 month sales cycles and utilizing the MEDDPICC framework to drive revenue.
The compensation is a major draw, offering an OTE between $425,000 and $450,000 plus equity (RSUs). As a fully remote, "remote-first" organization, you’ll enjoy significant flexibility and an impressive 30 days of annual leave.
