This role is designed for a seasoned sales leader with a deep footprint in the State, Local, and Education (SLED) market. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing field-based Account Executives and navigating the specific complexities of public sector procurement, including contracting vehicles and partner ecosystems like Carahsoft. You should be comfortable leading high-stakes negotiations and driving "land-and-expand" strategies within large, federated government agencies.
The compensation is highly competitive, with a base salary up to $240,000 and an incentive plan that can double that figure. As a fully remote leadership position, it offers significant autonomy, yet requires a "player-coach" mentality with travel for field engagement. You’ll be joining a high-performance culture that prioritizes AI-driven workflows and offers robust benefits, including equity and a growth/development fund.
**You might be a good fit if you:**
