While a background in the automotive industry is highly preferred, the core requirement is a strategic mindset—you aren't just selling a platform; you’re acting as a digital marketing consultant to dealership decision-makers. Since the territory covers Montreal, the South Shore, and Estrie, you should be a self-starter comfortable with frequent regional travel and remote autonomy.
The compensation is strong, with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) range of $112,000 to $140,000 CAD, plus equity (RSUs) and performance bonuses.
