Since this is a "Relationship Manager" role, the focus is squarely on growing existing accounts through expansion and retention rather than just initial acquisition. The compensation is a major highlight, with an OTE reaching up to $332k plus equity, reflecting the senior nature of the position. You’ll be working in a high-intensity, "unapologetically driven" environment at the forefront of the AI customer service boom.
