The ideal candidate has a strong background in Customer Service (CS), CRM, or Customer Experience (CX) software and is eager to pivot into the rapidly evolving AI-driven support landscape. You should be comfortable not just managing renewals, but actively hunting for expansion opportunities within a large book of business.
