SVP of Marketing (Growth & Revenue)

### The Role

We are seeking a visionary and data-obsessed SVP of Marketing to lead our global marketing organization into its next phase of hyper-growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the architect of our "Go-to-Market" engine, with a primary focus on scaling our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions and optimizing our demand generation funnel.

As a revenue-centric leader, you understand that "Revenue is everything" and will be responsible for managing a multi-million dollar budget to drive measurable ROI. You will oversee a high-performing team across Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, and Revenue Operations.

Compensation:

The base salary range is: $250,000 - $300,000.

The Base Pay Range for this position is based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and the company's compensation strategies. However, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other objective business. Convoso’s compensation package also includes equity for all eligible U.S full time roles and exceptional benefits, including generous 401k match.
