This role is designed for an experienced software licensing professional with at least 3 years in a reseller or distributor environment who is ready to step into a leadership position. You should have a deep understanding of the software renewal lifecycle—including vendor portals and quote-to-order processes—and the ability to mentor a team of specialists to meet strict KPIs and SLAs.
The position offers a hybrid work model with hubs in London, Manchester, or Peterborough, providing a balance between office collaboration and remote flexibility. As a Fortune 500 company, CDW offers a high-stakes environment where you will directly influence commercial operations by identifying upsell opportunities and managing strategic vendor relationships with major partners like Microsoft, VMware, and Adobe.

* Have a proven track record in software renewals and a desire to lead and develop people.
* Are proficient with CRM Dynamics, Microsoft Navision, and managing complex install base reports.
* Enjoy "rolling up your sleeves" to support the team with quote generation during peak periods.
