This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level retirement benefits professional with at least 5 years of experience managing ERISA-governed defined contribution plans. You should have a deep technical understanding of 401(k) administration, including compliance testing (ADP/ACP), Form 5500 filings, and the complexities of merging or harmonizing plans following corporate acquisitions.
