This role is designed for a seasoned RevOps professional with at least 5 years of experience who thrives in high-growth, venture-backed environments. You are the ideal candidate if you possess a "builder" mindset and have a sophisticated understanding of how to integrate AI tools (like Clay, Claude, or Attention) into a sales motion to eliminate manual friction and improve data integrity. The position offers a competitive salary up to $155k, equity, and a robust benefits package including a home-office stipend and therapy reimbursement. As a fully remote "Leadership" level role reporting to the Manager of Revenue Processes, you will have significant autonomy to shape the operational infrastructure of a Series D unicorn that is actively scaling its national provider network. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have hands-on experience deploying AI-native platforms and automation to optimize sales workflows. * Are highly data-literate and comfortable using quantitative analysis to justify ROI on process changes. * Enjoy bridging the gap between high-level strategy and the day-to-day execution of sales representatives. * Want to work for a mission-driven company focused on expanding access to mental healthcare.
Headway’s mission is a big one – to build a new mental health care system everyone can access. We’ve built technology that helps people find great therapists with the first software-enabled national network of providers accepting insurance.
1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to accept insurance and scale their practice.
Headway was founded in 2019. Since then, we’ve grown into a diverse, national network of over 60,000 mental healthcare providers across all 50 states who run their practice on our software and have served over 1 million patients. We’re a Series D company with over $325m in funding from a16z (Andreessen Horowitz), Accel, GV (formerly Google Ventures), Spark Capital, Thrive Capital, Forerunner Ventures and Health Care Service Corporation.
We want your time here to be the most meaningful experience of your career. Join us, and help change mental healthcare for the better.
As a leader within Headway’s Revenue Operations org, reporting to the Manager of Revenue Processes, you’ll sit at the intersection of systems, strategy, and frontline execution. This role is responsible for ensuring our sales motions are operationally sound, deeply automated, and continuously optimized to drive provider activation.
As Headway scales to deliver high quality behavioral healthcare for millions of people across the country, the complexity of the operational landscape within which we operate has also increased exponentially. To this end, in our journey to build next generation healthcare growth infrastructure, we’re seeking a top tier operator who is at the forefront of implementing AI effectively within our established but still dynamic sales motion.
The Rev Ops Process Lead will be the connective tissue between tools, workflows, and insights – translation go-to-market strategy into scalable, rep-ready execution while ensuring the data those motions generate meaningfully inform the business.
