The ideal candidate has spent at least 3 years managing teams and possesses a deep obsession with monetization strategy—think subscriptions, paywalls, and behavioral economics. Because the team is lean (only 200 people for 45 million users), they are looking for a "founder-operator" who can toggle between high-level vision and granular experimentation. The compensation package is highly competitive ($188k–$280k) for a fully remote role, offering the stability of a market leader with the equity upside and pace of a high-growth startup.
