This leadership role is designed for a seasoned Product veteran with at least 10 years of experience, specifically within the consumer tech space. The ideal candidate has spent at least 3 years managing teams and possesses a deep obsession with monetization strategy—think subscriptions, paywalls, and behavioral economics. Because the team is lean (only 200 people for 45 million users), they are looking for a "founder-operator" who can toggle between high-level vision and granular experimentation.
The compensation package is highly competitive ($188k–$280k) for a fully remote role, offering the stability of a market leader with the equity upside and pace of a high-growth startup. You’ll be working alongside alum from Stripe, Netflix, and Instagram, making this a high-talent-density environment where you can influence the global future of education.
