This role is designed for an "all-around athlete" with 0–2 years of experience who possesses high cognitive horsepower and a bias for action. While the title sits in Sales, the work is highly analytical and strategic, making it ideal for someone from a consulting, marketplace, or startup background. You don’t need a decade of experience, but you do need the intellectual curiosity to build systems, run marketing experiments, and dive into data to solve open-ended business problems.
The compensation is particularly strong for a mid-level/junior role, ranging from $120k to $180k. As a fully remote position (North America), it offers significant flexibility alongside an unlimited PTO policy. Because this is a Series C marketplace that has been profitable since 2022, you’ll join a stable but fast-growing environment where you can own projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
