This role is ideal for a senior operations professional with a deep background in data center hardware lifecycles. You should have at least 5 years of experience managing Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes at scale, specifically for servers, GPUs, and networking gear. Since this is a leadership position, you’ll need the "process-first" mindset required to build global workflows and manage a team of specialists. Vultr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RMA Manager to own and scale our global hardware failure, return and replacement operations as part of our Infrastructure Operations organization. The ideal candidate is a process driven operator with strong vendor management instincts, capable of operating across procurement, infrastructure operations, data center teams and capacity planning. This role is critical to ensuring hardware reliability in order to minimize customer impact, and protect capital efficiency.

This is a highly visible role in a high-growth technology company, which will require the ability to build repeatable processes, enforce accountability with OEM partners, and deliver clear reporting. You will play a direct role in improving platform reliability, influencing sourcing decisions, and shaping how Vultr manages hardware risk at scale.
