This role is ideal for a mid-level technical support specialist or software engineer (4+ years experience) who enjoys deep-dive troubleshooting over feature development. You should have a strong grasp of programming fundamentals (specifically C# or .NET) and feel comfortable querying databases to solve complex data-layer issues. Experience within the life sciences or clinical trial space is a significant advantage.

**You might be a good fit if you...**
* Have strong debugging skills in **C#, ASP.NET**, and **SQL** to diagnose production bugs.
* Enjoy performing root cause analysis on recurring technical failures rather than just closing tickets.
* Are comfortable working in a highly regulated environment (like 21 CFR Part 11).
* Prefer a Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:00 schedule but can remain flexible for urgent customer deliverables.
