This role is designed for a seasoned sales leader with a background in the SaaS or Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS) space. The ideal candidate has spent at least 5 years closing enterprise-level deals at the C-suite and 3+ years managing high-performing teams. You should be a "player-coach" who enjoys traveling to support direct reports in the field and has a disciplined approach to Salesforce and pipeline forecasting.
The compensation package is highly competitive, reaching up to $332k (base + incentives) with additional stock options and top-tier benefits, including 100% employer-paid health premiums for the employee. While the role is listed as remote for most of the U.S., it requires significant field presence with a 50% travel commitment to meet customers and mentor your team on-site.

* Have a proven track record of managing teams that close 10+ major enterprise deals annually.
